For instance, Johnvents foods responded to my comment on their product launch post, addressing my query.Storm sent me a DM offering a discount coupon after I reviewed their service on Facebook. I've also participated in Johnvents foods' social media contest, where I won a free t-shirt and some of their products. The interactions that was most effective was the response to my DM it shows they know how to use social media to connect with customers and build brand loyalty."
