Overcoming Online BURNOUTS
I do not have issues studying hardcovers but my challenges lie more on when I take prolonged courses online.
In order to overcome this, I started practicing;
breaking my chunk study time into shorter, focused sessions with real breaks in between.
Changing my study spots from time to time by taking breaks inbetween. A quick walk, or even stretching, helps me reset energy.
I announced my journey online,this way, my followers indirectly hold me accountable.
I always remove every form of distractions and time myself.
